It is with great pleasure for GRS Team to announce a new driver for the team ahead of Formula 4 Spanish Championship Round 4, which takes place at the historical Spa-Francorchamps Circuit, in Belgium. Australian Marcos Flack will be the driver who will be at the team’s third car this weekend.
Flack, aged 16, will race with GRS Team in what will be his first weekend in Formula 4 Spanish Championship. Throughout his career, the promising driver from Brisbane gained wide experience across different single-seater series. In 2021, he took part in F4 British Championship, where he finished on the podium thrice. This year, Flack raced in several round in both Italian and ADAC F4 championship -including a meeting in Spa-Francorchamps. He is also racing, and already has a podium, in GB3.
The team is therefore back to its full capacity, with three cars on track. Flack will partner Vladislav Ryabov and Ricardo Gracia in a weekend in which our drivers will fight for the team’s first points of the season. It has not been an ideal start to the season, but we keep trusting our drivers and staff. Their efforts and potential will lead us to better results.
“It is great news for GRS Team having Marcos at the team this weekend. His experience and potential will undoubtedly be very helpful for the team. We will give our 100% to provide him with the best equipment, like we do with all of our drivers, so he is in the best conditions to prove his talent on track. It is also very positive for us to have our three cars back on track”.
