GRS Team is delighted to confirm that Lukáš Málek is joining the team. The Slovakian driver will compete on the 2022 of Formula 4 Spanish Championship with GRS.
Málek already raced with GRS in 2021, when he took part on the final round of F4 Spanish at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. There, the young Slovak driver had a competitive pace and started an ascending progression which kept going throughout post-season tests, where he also was with GRS and improved his performance lap after lap.
With Málek’s arrival, there is already two drivers on GRS’ Formula 4 Spanish line-up, with further announcements yet to be made. 2022 is set to be a key year for the championship as the second-generation Formula 4 car will be introduced. Facing the challenge with two drivers like Málek, who have already earned experience with the team, will undoubtedly be beneficial for GRS’ performance.

Formula 4 Spanish Championship will kick off on April 29 – May 1 at Autodromo Internacional do Algarve. Before that, the team will race in Formula 4 UAE, where the new Tatuus F4 T-021 will make its debut in a points-scoring competition.
