Isaac Barashi joins GRS Team for the remainder of F4 Spanish season

It is with big pleasure for GRS Team to confirm that Isaac Barashi is joining the team. Young British Israeli talent is set to race in the four remaining rounds in Formula 4 Spanish Championship season after partaking in multiple testing sessions with the team throughout the year.

The summer break is soon to be over for Formula 4 Spanish Championship. The series is back in September 23-24 at Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto. GRS will hit the track with Barashi as one of the team’s entries. The 18-year-old driver will race in F4 Spanish for the first time as part of his first full-time year in car racing.

Barashi made his single seaters debut at the end of 2022. The British Israeli took part on the last two rounds of Formula 4 British Championship. There, at the British championship, is where he is participating as his main racing programme this year. Isaac has shown consistent progression and improvement throughout the season, and he is already a podium finisher on the series.

GRS Team already had the opportunity to work alongside Barashi in the past. The youngster tested with the team in late 2021 ahead of his racing debut. He has also been present at numerous collective tests this year. Now, the driver faces his first racing meeting in highly competitive F4 Spanish Championship.

After confirming Isaac, GRS will race in Formula 4 Spanish Championship in Jerez with three drivers. Full-time driver Carl Bennett Will be alongside Barashi, but also reigning Spanish Karting Champion Eloi González. It will be a special weekend for the team, in which we will look to make a stellar post-summer comeback in both Formula 4 and EuroCup-3.
