Han Cenyu, first GRS Team driver in all new EuroCup-3

With the start of the season around the corner, it is with pleasure for GRS Team to announce that Han Cenyu will take part on the first ever EuroCup-3 season with our team. Han Cenyu, aka McQueen, will face with GRS the inaugural EuroCup-3 season. The championship is born with the goal of offering young talents an alternative to progress on their careers.

With 18 years of age, Han already has numerous years of racing experience under his belt. The young Chinese talent has 3 years of experience in single seater racing. In 2020 and 2021, he raced across different Formula 4 series, achieving a podium finish in ADAC Formula 4 in 2021. His Formula Regional experience began in 2022. At the beginning of the current year, Han raced in Formula Regional Middle East Championship. There, he raced with R&B Racing, but he had the support of a mechanic and engineering crew formed by GRS staff.

His experience and mileage will undoubtedly be a push on this season. Han already knows the Tatuus T-318 used by EuroCup-3. However, the championship will implement an all new aerokit designed to improve on-track action. This concept allows as well to reduce the weight of the car, increasing its power and lowering the costs.

Back in April 18-19, the first ever EuroCup-3 official tests took place. There, Han shown great adaptability, and he ended the second day in the Top 5. GRS and Han come into the series with the goal of establishing themselves as a competitive squad and fight for top positions.

“Thanks a lot to GRS Team. I am looking forward and bright about the new season. It is really exciting to be part of this brand-new championship and I hope we can all grow together. I hope many Chinese fans get know about EuroCup-3 and follow the championship. Big thanks to A14 Management and to Fernando Alonso as well”.
