Carl Bennett steps up to EuroCup-3

Carl Bennett is set to make his EuroCup-3 debut with GRS Team this weekend at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, in Valencia. The young Thai American driver steps up to the new series after having raced in all of this year’s Formula 4 Spanish Championship rounds with GRS.

Earlier into the year, back in February, GRS Team confirmed Carl Bennett joined the team to take part in F4 Spanish Championship. The driver, now aged 19, came into GRS for his first full-time year racing in Europe after making his single seaters debut in 2022 in the United States.

Bennett has taken part in the five rounds of Formula 4 Spanish season that have been already held, being the only driver racing for GRS in all events. The young Thai has also partaken in Formula 4 United States Championship as well as selected Brazilian F4 meetings.

With wide experience in Formula 4, Bennett now opts for stepping up to EuroCup-3 with immediate effect. The Thai American driver will therefore the two remaining rounds of the series’ first ever season. His debut will take place this weekend, in October 14-15, at Circuit Ricardo Tormo, in Valencia. Later, in November 11-12, he will be present in the season finale at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. With this move, Bennett is preparing the next step of his promising career.
